1. Overview

B3 - Bean, Brew and Beyond currently offers the following order fulfillment options:

  • Dine-In: Order in advance and enjoy at our outlets
  • Takeaway/Pickup: Order online and pick up from the selected outlet
  • Delivery: Home delivery service (Coming Soon to select locations)

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for each fulfillment method, including estimated preparation times, pickup procedures, and delivery terms (when available).

2. Service Areas

2.1 Current Availability

Our services are currently available at all B3 outlets across India. You can view available outlets in the app and select the one nearest to you.

2.2 Dine-In Service

  • Available at all B3 outlets during operating hours
  • Pre-order through the app to skip the queue
  • Select your preferred dining time
  • Table will be ready when you arrive

2.3 Takeaway/Pickup Service

  • Available at all B3 outlets during operating hours
  • Order from any outlet and pick up at your convenience
  • Option to schedule pickup for later
  • Express pickup available for immediate orders

2.4 Home Delivery (Coming Soon)

We are working to launch home delivery services in select cities. Delivery will be available where:

  • Service area is within delivery radius of our outlets
  • Minimum order value is met (to be announced)
  • Delivery slots are available

3. Order Preparation Time

3.1 Estimated Preparation Times

Typical preparation times vary by order type and outlet capacity:

  • Beverages Only: 5-10 minutes
  • Food Items: 10-15 minutes
  • Large Orders: 15-25 minutes
  • Scheduled Orders: Ready at your selected time

Note: These are estimates only. Actual preparation time may vary based on:

  • Current outlet traffic and order volume
  • Time of day (peak hours may have longer wait times)
  • Complexity and customization of items
  • Availability of ingredients

3.2 Real-Time Updates

You will receive real-time updates on your order status:

  • Order Received - Payment confirmed, order sent to outlet
  • Preparing - Your order is being prepared
  • Ready for Pickup - Your order is ready (for takeaway orders)
  • Completed - Order fulfilled

Updates are sent via push notifications (if enabled) and are visible in the app's "My Orders" section.

4. Pickup Procedures

4.1 How to Pick Up Your Order

  1. Wait for "Ready for Pickup" notification
  2. Visit the outlet you selected during checkout
  3. Go to the pickup counter
  4. Show your order ID or order confirmation to staff
  5. Collect your order and verify items

4.2 Identification Requirements

To collect your order, you need to provide:

  • Order ID (displayed in app)
  • Registered mobile number (for verification)
  • Order confirmation email or SMS (optional)

4.3 Authorized Pickup

By default, only the person who placed the order can pick it up. If someone else will collect your order:

  • Share the order ID with them
  • They must provide the order ID and registered phone number
  • Outlet staff may ask for additional verification

4.4 Pickup Time Limits

  • Hot Beverages: Pickup within 30 minutes of "Ready" notification
  • Cold Beverages: Pickup within 1 hour of "Ready" notification
  • Food Items: Pickup within 1 hour of "Ready" notification
  • After Time Limit: Order may be discarded, no refund issued

If you cannot pick up within the time limit, please contact the outlet to arrange for order remake (additional charges may apply).

4.5 Order Verification

Please verify your order before leaving the outlet:

  • Check that all items are included
  • Verify customizations are correct
  • Ensure packaging is intact
  • Report any issues immediately to outlet staff

Issues reported after leaving the outlet may be harder to resolve. Please check your order while at the counter.

5. Dine-In Service

5.1 How Dine-In Orders Work

  1. Place your order through the app
  2. Select "Dine-In" as fulfillment type
  3. Choose your preferred dining time
  4. Complete payment
  5. Arrive at the outlet at your scheduled time
  6. Check in with the host/staff
  7. Your order will be served at your table

5.2 Table Availability

When you place a dine-in order:

  • We reserve a table for your selected time
  • Reservation is held for 15 minutes past scheduled time
  • After 15 minutes, table may be released and order may be cancelled
  • If running late, please inform the outlet

5.3 Walk-In with Pre-Order

You can also place a dine-in order for immediate seating:

  • Order while approaching or at the outlet
  • Select immediate dine-in
  • Check in with staff upon arrival
  • Be seated and your order will be served shortly

6. Home Delivery (When Available)

6.1 Delivery Availability

Home delivery service is currently being rolled out. When available in your area, you will see the "Delivery" option at checkout. Delivery availability depends on:

  • Your location being within delivery radius (typically 3-5 km from outlet)
  • Minimum order value requirement being met
  • Delivery slots available for your preferred time
  • Weather and road conditions

6.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (when applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout:

  • Standard delivery: ₹29-₹49 (based on distance)
  • Express delivery: ₹59-₹99 (faster delivery, subject to availability)
  • Free delivery on orders above ₹500 (promotional, may vary)
  • Surge pricing may apply during peak hours or bad weather

6.3 Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 30-45 minutes
  • Express Delivery: 20-30 minutes
  • Scheduled Delivery: Delivered at your selected time slot

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

6.4 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete:

  • Include building/house number
  • Specify floor number and flat/apartment number
  • Add landmarks for easier navigation
  • Provide clear instructions (e.g., "Ring doorbell," "Call on arrival")
  • Ensure contact number is reachable

6.5 Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery partner will attempt to contact you upon arrival
  • If unreachable, they will wait for 5 minutes
  • Second call attempt will be made
  • If still unreachable, order will be returned to outlet
  • No refund for undelivered orders due to unreachable customer

6.6 Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery for your safety:

  • Select "Contactless Delivery" at checkout
  • Order will be left at your doorstep
  • Delivery partner will notify you upon drop-off
  • Photo proof of delivery may be captured

6.7 Delivery Issues

If you experience issues with your delivery:

  • Delayed Delivery: Contact customer support for status update
  • Wrong Address: Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery
  • Order Not Received: Contact support immediately with order details
  • Damaged Items: Report within 15 minutes with photos
  • Incorrect Items: Report within 30 minutes for resolution

7. Order Tracking

7.1 Real-Time Tracking

For delivery orders (when available), you can track your order in real-time:

  • Order Confirmed - Payment received, order sent to outlet
  • Preparing - Your order is being prepared
  • Out for Delivery - Delivery partner picked up your order
  • Nearby - Delivery partner is close to your location
  • Delivered - Order successfully delivered

7.2 Notifications

Enable push notifications to receive updates at each stage. You can also check status anytime in the "My Orders" section of the app.

8. Quality and Packaging

8.1 Temperature Maintenance

We take special care to maintain food and beverage quality:

  • Hot beverages packed in insulated cups
  • Cold beverages packed with ice/cooling elements
  • Food items packed in appropriate containers
  • Thermal bags used for delivery orders

8.2 Packaging Standards

  • Spill-proof lids on all beverages
  • Secure sealing to prevent tampering
  • Eco-friendly packaging materials
  • Separate packaging for hot and cold items
  • Cutlery and napkins included (when applicable)

8.3 Quality Guarantee

If your order does not meet our quality standards:

  • Report the issue immediately
  • We will investigate and resolve
  • Replacement or refund will be offered

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Outlet Closures

If an outlet is closed due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified immediately
  • Order will be automatically cancelled
  • Full refund will be processed
  • Option to reorder from another outlet may be offered

9.2 Peak Hours

During peak hours (typically 8-10 AM, 12-2 PM, 4-6 PM):

  • Preparation times may be longer
  • Delivery may take additional time
  • We recommend scheduling orders in advance

9.3 Weather Conditions

During severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat):

  • Delivery service may be temporarily suspended
  • Delivery times may be significantly delayed
  • Pickup and dine-in remain available
  • You will be notified of any service disruptions

9.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or pandemics.

10. Multi-Brand Ordering

B3 app allows ordering from multiple brands under our umbrella:

  • B3: Coffee and beverages
  • Fork Fitness & Further: Healthy meals and snacks
  • Bhookh Bazaar: Quick bites and comfort food

Orders from multiple brands:

  • Must be from outlets at the same location
  • May have slightly longer preparation time
  • Will be packaged separately by brand
  • Single payment for all items

11. Corporate and Bulk Orders

For corporate and bulk orders (typically 10+ items):

  • We recommend placing orders at least 2-4 hours in advance
  • Contact us for large volume orders (50+ items)
  • Special delivery arrangements can be made
  • Dedicated account managers available for corporate clients
  • Custom invoicing and payment terms available
